My commissions are not FCFS!

I can decline a commission request if I'm not confident or comfortable with it.

Revisions are allowed but limited. You can ask for a maximum of 2 major changes during the sketch stage. After the lineart has begun, only minor edits can be made. Anything above this will come with an additional charge of $10

Commissions can take from less than a week to max 3 months. Unless there was a deadline given at the start of the commission, please do not rush me. Progress updates will be made in my trello. I will update my clients directly if more time will be needed for the commission.

When sending a commission request, please have clear and proper reference materials for the character. I do not accept descriptions without character images. I will not create the character for you unless you request a character design.

Payment will be made upfront. I will only start the commission after payment is received.

Payment will be in USD. An invoice will be sent through Paypal.

Other payment options like Ko-fi is available if Paypal doesn't work

No refund will be given after the commission has begun. Please make sure that you are in a comfortable position to commission before sending in a request.

Failure to respond or communicate properly will lead to a cancellation. Ghosting the artist or failure to respond after a week will lead to being blacklisted for future commissions.

Rights to the commission piece belongs to me, the artist.

All commission pieces are for personal usage only !!

Commercial usage commissions are subject to discussion and x2 total price. Some examples of commercial usage: art is used live on stream, printed and used for merchandise. I do not consider schedule art for vtubers to be commercial usage.

Reposting a commissioned piece that you commissioned is ok with proper credits to me, __sahiime__. Do not repost a commission piece that doesn't belong to you

I have the right to post your commission to my social media/portfolio and stream it on twitch. Please notify me when ordering if you would not like your commission to be posted on social media or streamed on twitch.

My work is not to be used for NFT, crypto-based currency, AI art, etc. This will lead to blacklisting.

My Terms and Conditions are subject to change at anytime. New and updated terms will not affect prior commissions with the previous terms.

Asking for a refund without reason or going against any of the terms will lead to immediate blacklisting.
